To the uninitiated, Medium Rare is a Variety show. A veritable melange of myriad oeuvre.

Established by Mat Whitley and Milly von Westenholz way back in 2003, Medium Rare has been the pioneer of Modern Variety in Britain.

Eschewing the faddish pull of Burlesque in favour of a broader approach to entertainment, namely, if it's good and funny enough, or crazy and death defying enough, or weird and wonderful enough, then it's in.

Our Shows comprise as many genres of performance as you could shake a stick at.

We travel the Globe in search of such exotica. It's tough, but someone's gotta do it.
